FAI 4.2 released, new ISO hybrid images available

FAI 4.2 was released today. It now supports ISO hybrid images, which
can be put onto a CD or which can be written to USB stick via dd(1).

I've also created new FAI CD ISO images, which are available on the
FAI project web page. One installs Debian 6 with a small list of
pacakges or a XFCE desktop. The FAI multi distribution CD can install
Debian, CentOS and Scientific Linux Cern from one CD.
