Problems with some graphic cards and LVM-switch

Hello guys,

I have problems with some graphic cards. Most of the devices installed by
FAI have no problems but a few of them start to jitter after restarting
them.

There is also a problem with the LVM-Switches we are using. If one of the
devices is not directly connected to the screen by using the LVM-switch
the screen stay black after starting FAI.

Is the a good way to handle these (driver/kernel ?) problems?
