Bug in FAIBASE/30-interface?

Hi all,
I think there is a logical bug in FAIBASE/30-interface. The line
if ifclass DHCPC && [ $FAI_ACTION != "softupdate" ]
skips this part for DHCPC hosts during a softupdate. But then one
runs in the else-Part and then we end up in
[ -s /etc/resolv.conf ] && cp -p /etc/resolv.conf $target/etc
This is not really useful during a softupdate:
cp: `/etc/resolv.conf' and `//etc/resolv.conf' are the same file
The result is:
FAIBASE/30-interface FAILED with exit code 1.
This is in version 3.4.7.
Maybe one should test the FAI_ACTION earlier?
if [ $FAI_ACTION != "softupdate" ]
then
if ifclass DHCPC
...
else
...
fi

fcopy -i ...
Best regards
Dirk
