task_updatebase and force-confold

Could you please take a look at
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=313397
and see whether this helps to solve your problem? It does for me, at least. But
apparently I failed to convince other people that this is fix is necessary.
