Failed to obtain UUID (RAID, no LVM)

This was solved by upgrading FAI from 3.2.8 to 3.3.5.  Note: this is a Lenny
host installing Etch clients using fai-cd.  I believe the fai-client deb in
the target nfsroot is the critical piece.
