Creating squeeze nfsroot problem

This has been answered in the list before.

Use the -U option with fai-setup:

fai-setup -U

fai-setup will state that this is an unknown option, but will also
pass it down to make-fai-nfsroot, which will make use of it and fix
the initrd problem.
