System stalls (for 15-30 minutes) during savelog

Additional terminal on tty2 and 3 are created after the red fai logo
appears. If your kernel stops before (when only the initrd is
available), I'm not sure if you can get a shell on tty2 and 3. This
has to be done by live-initramfs.
