Feature request: Disable faimond

By default the install server is also the DHCP server. So in this case
you do net need to set monserver, and the install server will be used
for receiving the messages from the clients. IMHO you environment is
more complicated and not the default

In this case, just set the variable monserver (in fai.conf inside the
nfsroot)

Normally if the server does not accept connections on port 4711, the
install client detects this very quickly. MAybe your DROP rule causes
the long timeout.
