No /usr/share/doc/fai/examples/simple/ directory

hey keith, 

the online documentation is referring to the most current version of
FAI, which has a slightly different directory structure than the one
bundled with woody.  i think that the directories you're looking for are
at:

/usr/share/fai/templates

in that version.  if you look at the documentation that comes with the
package i think it has the correct path for that version.
