No /usr/share/doc/fai/examples/simple/ directory

Hi

I'm installing FAI on a Debian stable system, and I'm following the
instructions at
http://www.informatik.uni-koeln.de/fai/fai-guide.html/ch-inst.html

After running fai-setup, it says:

     You have no FAI configuration. Copy FAI template files with:
     cp -a /usr/share/doc/fai/examples/simple/* /usr/local/share/fai

However, I don't have that directory:

# ls /usr/share/doc/fai/examples/
class  etc

Have I missed something somewhere?
