class GERMAN triggers "taskinst german"

Hi,

With the new update to sarge and fai2.6, I suddenly discovered openoffice, 
kde, etc. on my firewalls. 

In the new package_config/DEFAULT the class "GERMAN" triggers "taskinst 
german", which installs a whole bunch of software. 

I removed the GERMAN entry in package_config/DEFAULT and get small systems 
again.
