Several errors when running fai-setup

What's your calue for KERNELVERSION in /etc/fai.conf ?
It should be 2.2.17, not 2.2.17-idepci. Then use following:

class/faisimple.source: kernelimage=kernel-image-KERNELVERSION-idepci

> dpkg: error processing lvm (--configure):
If you do not need lvm, you can remove it from the list in
make-fai-nfsroot, but maybe it's an error from the previous mistake.
