[PATCH] ../debian/prerm script

IMHO, the NFSROOT directory should not be touched during a package
upgrade.  It can be removed when purging the package, or when removing
the package outright, but not during an upgrade.  Remove the directory
if it's empty.  (NOTE: This is just a quick fix.  We should probably
debconf a question to make it optional.)

This patch is for the current cvs ../debian/prerm file as of the date of
this email.
