gpl header copyright bugfix for my old contributions ready to be merged

Moin,
I just went through the data I have still available on my old fai
contributions to update the appropriate copyright headers in various places
of FAI. I did only introduce the header for non-trivial contributions which I
could still reconstruct from mail and patch archives I have still available,
so although parts may be missing, I think I covered most of it.

@Thomas: could you merge the people/eartoast/fix-copyright branch?
