Ist in dem Tarball dazu enthalten:

http://python.ca/scgi/releases/scgi-1.14.tar.gz

Das dortige Python Modul funktioniert allerdings nur auf Unix Systemen,
da es fork und das Kopieren von fds nutzt.

flup enthält einen SCGI Server der portabler ist und insbesondere
mit Django gut zusammen funktioniert.
