[python-users] Fwd: [FrOSCon-Exhibitors] Your booth at FrOSCon 2010

Hallo!

Heute ist der Standplan der FrOSCon bekannt gegeben worden, siehe Anhang.

Wir haben Stand# *11*.

Ein schöner Platz so zwischen Zope/Plone und DLR ;)

Ende der Woche werde ich die Liste mit den Namen schicken, die am
Stand mithelfen. Für diejenigen wird dann ein Aussteller.Ticket am Empfang
hinterlegt (Vorteile: Keine Kosten und man kommt jederzeit ins Gebäude 
rein).

Wer noch *potenziell* mithelfen möchte, sollte sich noch schnell auf der 
Seite
https://callforprojects.froscon.org/ für PyCologne registrieren, da ich 
die Namens-
Liste von dort an die FrOSCon-Organisatoren schicken werde.
Wenn ihr euch dort registriert, habt ihr noch keine Verpflichtung dann 
auch wirklich
am Stand sein zu *müssen*.

Zur Vorbereitung müssen wir vor allem die Poster bis Ende nächster Woche 
fertig
bekommen, damit diese noch gedruckt werden können.

Vor allem für das 3. Poster mit Beispielen für (erfolgreiche/bekannte) 
Python-
Projekte fehlt noch Input. Bisher sind erst zwei Beispiele genannt:

Bitte ergänzt noch Projekte. Am liebsten gleich mit einer kurzen 
Beschreibung
und einem Bild (Screenshot/Diagramm/Logo).

Dear exhibitors,

the beta version of our exhibition area has finally been finished. On the
attached plan you can see where your booth will probably be located. If we
forgot to consider your urgent wishes regarding your boothes, please let us
know. Unfortunately, we don't have enough bar tables, so we can't give each
project as many bar tables as demanded. However, each booth will have power
and ethernet connection and there will be either a movable or a solid wall
behind each booth, on which you can fix posters with velcro or normal tape,
which you can get from us. If you plan to bring a few computers to your booth,
please bring your own ethernet switches and power strips, too. You can prepare
your booth from 6 p.m. on Friday and 7 a.m. on Saturday. Please don't start
packing your stuff before 6 p.m. on sunday, because this creates an atmosphere
of departure, while the conference is still running.

Please send us the names of the people who will run your booth (if you don't
have yet), so we can deposit exhibitor tickets for them at our cash desks.
With those exhibitor tickets you get free entrance and free catering at
FrOSCon.

If you've got a booth or a project room free of charge for your open source
project (this does not apply if you have a paid booth, that is e.g. part of a
sponsoring package), we'd kindly ask you to take care that you do not display
any information, flyers, logos or other merchandise gifts from companies who do
not support us through a paid sponsorship.

Those sponsorships provide the funding needed in order to organize the
conference and provide you with free-of-charge booths, catering and hopefully
a great FrOSCon overall.
