multiple disk_config files?

"dealing with the size of swap" is a somewhat open-ended question, so
i'm not certain if this answer is on target.

setup-storage can size a swapfile to a given percentage of memory.
example snippet from a disk_config: 
disk_config sda fstabkey:uuid disklabel:gpt-bios align-at:1M

primary /       512G            ext4    defaults,errors=remount-ro
primary swap    RAM:110%        swap    sw
