FAI 4.2.3 released, adding Jessie support

Hi everyone,

the new FAI release 4.2.3 now has support for running on Debian 8.0,
aka Jessie. And it still runs with Debian 7.0. The default
configuration is still for Debian 7.0 but by editing some lines, it
runs smoothly on Debian Jessie.

I also set up the package repository at fai-project.org for Debian
Jessie (8.0). This is the sources.list entry for it.
