Problem in FAI CentOS installation and Grub

Please check, if you are using the new config space (especially the
script CENTOS/40-install-grub) from 4.2.2.

Then you can add this line for debugging into 40-install-grub:
set -xv

Please look at the output of shell.log, which has more information
than error.log
