FAI 4 - forcing dracut/dhcp to specific interface

maybe one can add this to the append line:

   ip=<interface>:{dhcp|on|any|dhcp6|auto6}[:[<mtu>][:<macaddr>]]

At least it is documented here:

   https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/boot/dracut/dracut.html#_network

So I guess a

    ip=eth0:dhcp

should do the job? But I did never test it...
