FAI 4 - forcing dracut/dhcp to specific interface

This is dracut and not FAI itself that scans all your network devices.
I've already asked the dracut author to add an option for specifying a
certain device or an option for skipping some devices. AFAIK this is
not implemented yet. You should also ask on #dracut on irc for this
feature.
