Wheezy and cfengine?

Hi Dirk,

since we removed all cfengine scripts from the simple examples, we
also removed cfengine from /etc/fai/NFSROOT. So, it you still have
cfengine in your configs space (same applies for me), just add
cfengine to your nfsroot.
