Wheezy and cfengine?

Hi all, 

I just tried to use FAI to install wheezy. Beside the NFSv4 and AUFS
bug, I found a problem with cfengine.

Is there a reason, why it is not installed any longer? It is neither
in the nfsroot nor will it be installed on the clients. 

Although it is easy to fix, I just want to ask why it isn't there
by default? I guess, there is a reason for this...

Can someone enlight me on this topic?
