new FAI version 4.0.4

Hi all,

FAI 4.0.4 was uploaded to Debian and is also available in the package
repository of fai-project.org. We closed some ugly bugs, that prevent
FAI from working out-of-the-box. For all changes read the changelog at
http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/f/fai/current/changelog

Since the current version of live-boot in testing is not working
properly, I've put a more recent copy of the live-boot package (from
unstable) into the fai-project.org repository.
