Never saw that name.
There are several places where the hostname can bedefined. the initrd
(including the live-boot package), DHCP, the kernel command line and
FAI itself.
Check boot.log which contains the result from a DHCP query inside FAI.
Normally FAI disables a lot of options in live-boot with the config
file /etc/fai/live.conf. Have a look at it.
