I've got it working. I absolutely don't know, what was the problem (which is bad), but FAI works now.

But it was hard to debug, because everything was redirected to live.log, what doesn't helps you, in case of a kernel panic. Maybe it is a problem, that you have only /dev/console and not /dev/tty*.
