Hi all,

you can now use a Linux 3.1 kernel with FAI easily, if you need a more
recent kernel than the default kernel of Debian squeeze. Since the
grml project builds kernel packages for i386 and amd64, we can now use
them during installation and for the new system. A short description
is available at

	 http://wiki.fai-project.org/wiki/Grml_Kernel

I've also build a FAI-CD for amd64 which uses the 3.1 kernel. Get the
ISO image from

	http://fai-project.org/fai-cd/

Thanks again to the grml team for building the kernel packages which
are added to the fai-project package repository.
