Cool! As such, could you please give 4.0~beta2+experimental69 another try? That
should switch back to a more proper gap between logical partitions. It seems
that the Linux kernel requires 2 sectors instead of the 512 bytes that the
extended boot record itself requires.

Actually not, but if this version doesn't work I'll join the channel. It might
