In fact there seems to be a major problem with your installation: from fai.log:
Starting setup-storage 1.3
disklist was: sda
Using config file: /var/lib/fai/config/disk_config/DEMO
Input was:
Creating directory "/var/lock/lvm"
That is, your DEMO disk_config must be empty!? Consequently, nothing will be
mounted:
Calling task_mountdisks
Calling task_extrbase
Unpacking Debian base archive
Extracting /var/tmp/base.tgz
tar: /target: Cannot open: No such file or directory
Best,
Michael
