Resizing hurts windows

Hello, this is the second time that this thing happens. I have resized the
windows partition. When i install ubuntu for the first time after installing
windows, resizing poses no problem. The next installations prevent
windows to boot correctly. Here is the error displayed during windows
booting and the system rebooted.
