First contact with faimond / faimond-gui

I have seen this problem as well, using FAI 3.2.17 (lenny) and FAI
3.3.3 (squeeze/testing).  faimond.log seems to update properly,
but the faimond-gui window never appears
(when executing faimond-gui /var/log/faimond.log).
