Hi,
it seems the bug reported by Darshaka Pathirana (third issue in
http://www.mail-archive.com/linux-fai@uni-koeln.de/msg03513.html) has not been
fixed in 3.4.5. My system fails with the same error. Here the last lines from
fai.log:

[...]
Executing: pvcreate /dev/md1
Command had non-zero exit code
Error in task partition. Traceback: task_error task_partition task
task_install task task_action task main
FATAL ERROR. Installation stopped.

After executing "pvremove -ff -y /dev/md1" everything works fine.

Regards

Martin
