Crypto during FAI install

Finally, 3.2.18+experimental6 has the necessary code to support all the
encryption stuff. Please just use /dev/md1 when defining the VG, setup-storage
should determine correctly that this is encrypted and will replace the name
internally. Any kind of feedback, bugreports, etc. is appreciated.
