Looking for help to run dhcpd.conf

- Is the daemon running at all?
- Please check your log files. If there is a problem with your config file, it
will likely be reported there.
- The log files should have some recore of requests being received and offers
being sent out.
- If you don't find requests in the log files, but notice that the daemon _is_
running, check your network cabling, switches, etc. Do you maybe have more
than one ethernet port on your client?
- If all this looks fine, try with a sniffer like tcpdump.
