How to Set BOOT flag at the end of an installation

No.
If you run fai-chboot -o on the server before installing any clients they
are booted but they are not installed at all!
I will re-ask the question.
Is there any way to run a command IN the server from one (installation
client)'s installation?
One exammple of command to run would be: fai-chboot -o hostname?
