NFSROOT/root/.ssh/ is empty after install from USB stick (aka no known_hosts file)

Looking at the respective code in make-fai-nfsroot, this depends on the contents
of $LOGUSER's .ssh on your server. If LOGUSER=fai and you don't even have a fai
user, nothing will be copied. If you have such a user, .ssh/known_hosts and
.ssh/id_{rsa,dsa} will be copied.
