problem with setup_storage and fai

I am running  3.2.11 , installing lenny clients

here is my diskconfig:

# cat PEANUTSERVER

primary /boot 500 ext3 rw

disk_config lvm
vg my_pv        sda2
my_pv-_swap     swap    2048    swap    sw

and i get this error, what am i doing wrong?:
