problem install client with multiple interfaces

Hi,

ip=:::::eth4:dhcp did not work. Still using the same wrong NIC.
The kernel sees all my interfaces.

In Debian you can edit the /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules
on a live system.
But at install time this is not an option.

I have tried the "IPAPPEND 2" in pxelinux.cfg but no luck.

PXE boot Ubuntu 8.0.4.1 live works. The kernel sees all six interfaces
and use the pxe "interface" as eth0.
Why does it work with Ubuntu and not with Debian?
label ubuntu8041
 kernel ubuntu/8.04.1/vmlinuz
 append initrd=ubuntu/8.04.1/initrd.gz boot=casper netboot=nfs
nfsroot=130.100.214.103:/export/sda3/ubuntu/8.04.1 lang=se

regards
jan-eric
