weird fai error in 3.2.14

- Is your NFSROOT broken?
- Are you booting off of your NFSROOT at all, or is this rather a reboot of the
  client after a partly failed installation?
- Check your kernel command line used to boot that client.
- Does it happen on a specific client only?
