The only issure with size of / and /boot is that maybe the partition is 
too small to fit some stuff into it.
Only, I have no idea what you could be so large in /boot.

/ has to fit everything you installk into the system, so 200 wil not be 
enough for the most cases.

Look at output of df after your install before reboot, and, most 
importantly - what do your logs say?
