dead keuy under kdm, gdm ..

Hi.

When i am under kdm or gdm, my keybord refuse to use the I use the 
KEYMAP = fr-latin-9 in class/FAIBASE.var

my alt gr, alt key do not wokf. so no crtl alt F1 , impossible to 
display ~#{[|^@]}€

when i log under kde i have to force french keymap but under console 
everything looks normal.

I saw in class/GERMAN.var the de-latin1-nodeadkeys but the -nodeadkeys 
is not possible with latin9.

Is there any idea?
