Clarifications of preserve-syntax in setup-storage

I had trouble ti understand that description the first time, but now I 
got it - in other words:

preserve_reinstall is the same as preserve_always, with the only 
exception that it is NOT preserving things if the FAI_FLAGS value 
"initial" is set.

I guess this is useful for an initial installation where nothing is to 
be preserved, so you can do such an initial installation without 
changing the whole disk config file, then remove the flag and the 
partitions are save for every reinstall afterwards...
