Using FAI to install a "root Server"

The FAI_FLAGS seems not to make it from the kernel command line into the 
system. I have manually added them to the FAIBASE.var file; not a SSH 
daemon is reachable during the installation.

But what credentials would I have to use to login?

faimond does show stuff as well now.

In my last run, the harddrive of the root server was paritioned and some 
stuff installed, but unfortunately no kernel, which made the machine 
fail to boot.
