Thanks for the quick reply. I managed to sort it by doing 'apt-move 
sync' for the local mirror. For some reason some packages had been 
installed on the local machine but not copied to the cache directory. 
Could just have been my mistake! Though I always ran 'apt-move update' 
after installing a package on the local machine.
