package postgresql fail

initdb initalisation the default database 

if i remove postgresql, reimport debconf and reinstall with aptitude in 
chroot /tmp/target all working fine, only problem postgres is starting.

is the aptitude installation in the chroot /tmp/target normaly or in nfs 
root ?
