Another approach is to use a 32 bit chroot on the install server
(perhaps created using debootstrap on a 32 bit system, and copied
across), install FAI in there and use that for 32-bit installs. You can
switch between them using the
nfsroot=1.2.3.4:/chroot/usr/lib/fai/nfsroot option in the pxelinux.cfg
area. A bit cleaner IMHO...
