I did a fresh install now and :

  topolino:~# ls /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/*
/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/10fai  /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/70debconf 
/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/90fai

I grept trought my configspace and can't find any files like that.
Nor a script that copies them...
