don't stop before reboot

There's a minor bug. If you define a kernel command line parameter
reboot (eg. reboot=warm) FAI does not stop before rebooting, since it
set a variable reboot. This variable determines if FAI should
wait. Have a look at your varialbes.sh file if such a variable is defined.
