FAI 2.9 released, splitting FAI into more packages

The 2.9 release will not make it into the official sarge release,
cause of the Debian policy. But you can use FAI 2.9 with sarge, till
it's tested with sarge. I'm also using 2.9 for installing my machine
with sarge. You can download the packages from the FAI website.
