Using make-fai-bootfloppy on an Ubuntu Hoary 5.04 FAI nfsroot

I am working on a new patch for the ubuntu FAI package and as soon as I
am clear and done I will report you my changes.

For me, things look good without adding the kernel explicitly to the
packages variable, i had to adjust the packages variable in other
details, plus some of the debootstrap excludes/includes.

Details when I've finished testing.
